Privacy

Since the company's conception, we have defined data protection as a priority. We have established policies to ensure that everyone is aware of the defined rules, always with the main objective of information security. We have defined our technical architecture aimed at adopting best practices for separating public and private data.

Our service is used only by companies, after the formalization of usage rules by contract acceptance. At the time of contracting, our clients are made aware of the rules we adopt for data storage. In addition to accepting the terms of use, our clients are informed about our information security practices, including privacy policies, requirements for confidentiality agreements with the team and adoption of security features in the systems.

All information in the tool is entered by users from contracting companies. We do not request or store user information for any purpose. Although we already address this in specific policies (ISP - Information Security), we summarize our procedures:

• Our users' data is treated and stored securely on our servers;
• Stored and in-transit data is encrypted;
• All data is secure with at least two levels of backup;

All information entered into Taskrow is the property of the contracting company. That is, under no circumstances do we make any information available to third parties.

We have strict data separation rules so that the development team does not have access to production data.

Any need for access to client databases may be authorized through formalization with prior request.

We make the best efforts and help our clients in adapting to LGPD. For our part, as described above, we adopt the main data security and privacy policies.

If our clients need support for some specific service (example: request for data removal), we offer a specific channel for this purpose.

The service channel will act with the objective of adapting our client to the rules that include consent for storage and maintenance of data from users (employees and third parties) who used Taskrow from the registration made by the contracting company.

Our service does not collect user data for internal use. In summary, we offer a set of solutions for professional service management including task exchange, timesheet control, team allocation and budget and contract registration. Our clients are responsible for creating their users who start using Taskrow, storing work data. Upon termination of use, and upon request, all data can be removed.
